If my math and premises are correct, I can envision OMAG sharesbeginning a sharp rise once a DA is signed. Why , you ask? Because, along with other considerations such as an increased Book Value, of the FLOAT of 10.5MM shares ( a very small float according to

If my math amd premises are correct, I can envision OMAG shares beginning a sharp rise in price once a DA is signed. Why, you ask? Because along with other considerations, such as Book Value, it will have a FLOAT of 10.5MM shs ).

The Omagine Project, which is what this is all about, is owned by Omagine LLC. Omagine, Inc. with its just under 15MM shs outstanding has a 60% interest in Omagine LLC. I read recently that Omagine management holds 30% of the 15MM shs or 4.5MM shs (30% x 15 = 4.5). Assuming the Omagine LLC shareholders retain all their shares, we're left with a float of 10.5MM shares (15MM -4.5MM ==10.5MM), which by WallStreet standards is a very small float. With the increased interest expected to be generated by a signed DA, a surging demand for the stock should overwhelm the short supply, and voila, a bull market for OMAG. Pipe dream... perhaps. I hope I'm right.
