AL, splitting the stock 5;1 will multiply the # O/S shares X 5. Great, but now you've taken a $5.00+ stock right back to being classified as a PENNY STOCK. Tough, or should I say that it would be next to impossible, to get listed on the Nasdaq ,which is where I believe we need to be in order to get the big boys involved. This stock would need to be North of $25.00/share before a 5;1 split would make sense. Perhaps a $15.00 stock split of 2:1 would be more practical.
