Clark - Sorry, but I think you're still incorrect regarding the float. Omagine Inc's 60% share of LLC has nothing to do with the float and ownership. Likewise, the Sultan and the other LLC investors are investors in LLC, NOT Omagine Inc. It's downstream of OUR ownership. There are roughly 14.9m OMAG shares outstanding. Assuming mgmt and other "insiders" hold 30% (I don't remember the actual figure, but that seems familiar), that would leave about 10 million shares floating between me and the rest of the outsiders.
Nevertheless, your conclusion is correct. The float is thin. And, in my opinion, irrelevant until next year.
