I just read the 8-k and am disasppointed in the lack of urgency in resolving what to me is such a minor aspect of the overall picture... the appropval of the New Deed. Frank called RCA's CIO and informed him of the circumstances involving the New Deed. Couldn't the CIO have called H.E. Nasser Al-Kindl and informed him of this development, instead of waiting until his return to Oman on March9. I can't imagine theRCA not being aware of the unresolved matter of the the need for a New Deed.
