CLARKSTER and NICK no real surprise on this end. You know those "Recorders of Deeds"---how they can be. They operate on their own timetable. I AM supprised that once Frank agreed to the "shifting sands"-----the 40,000 square meter relocation, that someone didn't get the ball rolling---- AT THAT TIME ---to get the necessary approvals. As the great King of Siam once uttered------ "Tis A Puzzlement"--------BILL.---- P.S. Sooo once again a paperwork problem shall hold up bulldozers,cranes, masons, electricians, plumbers, roofers, road builders etc.---basically thousands of jobs.
