I just now got to read the latest messages.I agree with you that management did create this 8-K out of "thin air" and in essence reversed their earlier decision of not publishing further "GRANULAR LEVEL SHAREHOLDER UPDATES". I'm elated they reconsidered however,due to the fact that it's been 10 days since Mr. Suleiman Al-Yahyai returned from his business trip to Singapore and we haven't heard "bupkis". Since some of you (?) had fanned the fires to a fevered pitch about the DA being signed on Frank's birthday, management apparently made the decision to cool things off a bit by spraying some water (granular ....updates) on the blaze. Incidentally I applaud and condone their decision, and only hope that you guys (and girls) stiffle you enthusiasm slightly in the future or at least until this deal is signed, sealed and delivered, --- Mr. Bill
