While the message in the recent 8-K was disappointing,to me it was more annoying than disappointing. I still believe that the handwriting on the wall indicates a signing soon to take place.

On another note, this delay in a signing should not create a sell off in the stock. Most of the shares held in weak hands are long gone. It's now a buyer's market and the stock should remain in this trading range ( or somewhat higher) pending the white smoke emanating from Bill's Sistine Chapel.
