Well I guess the big surprise is out. The only thing that never changes with this company is the inability to make the deal happen. Before everyone jumps up and down be honest for just a moment. Why we have no deal is a mystery. Management made it sound imminent and we know a new excuse popped up. From the 10q the Omanis are anxious as well but cant get there act together. So there in lies the issue. Neither side has the means or the power or maybe the will to drag this elephant across the finish line.

The only thing that is 100% concsistent is that every time we are told that we are close or there are no isssues or perhaps minor issues, we seem to get further away from reaching a date to sign the DA. You watch at one point in time it was implied that the delay may actually have been a good thing as global growth suffered but now the real estate market has had a substantial resurgence. If not careful we will miss this next upward cycle.

Deals get done everday, all over the world, in every industry and every magnitude. This one simply doesnt have the right players or makers to get it done. I know all the cheerleaders (borrowed from Gibby) will be up in arms but even you guys have to admit this doesnt smell right, it doesnt feel right and it probably wont happen despite the best intentions of mice an men> AS Alton has said many times no one has inside info so all of the predictions and conjecturing are just that educated guesses at best
