I have to agree with Edison. If the Sultan wanted this done it would be. Simple as that. If its off is radar than management is failing at there job which is to get this done and work all channels. Why all of you shift the blame to everyone but them is interesting but in my book they need to get this done. No excuses. If this were a typical american corp management would be on the hot seat for failing to perform. Frank and Co need this deal not the Omanis not Sultan. So who should be pressing? IF they need to get to the Sultan after all these years they should have some avenue figured out by now. If not, than they are exactly where they belong- no where!!!

Time for someone to take the bull by the horns. The excuse that this is the middle east is so old. Deals do get done, projects built and completed. Why this one is faltering is probasbly multifactorial but the buck stops with the CEO- Frank. Step up and do your job
