Multi-Billion Dollar Agreement Signed With Oman

Don't get me wrong, I am still a strong believer in this project and DO BELIEVE it will get done. But my patience with the Omani's is just about exhausted. In fact, it can now be measured in weeks. And I don't think my new attitude is terrific, although I take your comment as it was intended: a compliment. For the record, I don't like my new attitude. And I don't blame management. Their persistence is amazing. But it is time for the Omanis to stand up and be counted. Honor is allegedly a highly prized commodity in the middle east, as it should be anywhere and everywhere. They need to honor their commitments. It's that simple. I have in mind some stronger words, but will now shut up and let things take there course.

I'm still interested in the board's views on where they think the stock will go and WHY, once the DA is signed. I think you or perhaps Nick mentioned $7 or $8, but did not say why.

So here's my question for the "market": if the book value of this company hits the mid-to-high teens (and probably higher), which it will given the contractual agreements we've all read about, what market valuation would you assign to this company and why?
