I know that you remain positive and a believer but if you are correct than unfortunately the Sultan will decide when and if this project gets signed and started. So far, Id say his interest despite all the positive quotes attributed to him is bordering on disinterest. The amount of absurd excuses, now they want proof of whats in the DA, is so far fetched they should be embarrased. Sorry but it just isnt plausible.

Why this is so is beyond me but if you look back to the end of March when all the hype was out there the wind is clearly out of the sails. I guess management is a pawn in this game and will just have to wait till everyone is gone or the Sultan decides to honor his commitment to this project which seems to me to be a tribute to his country and its heritage
