I don't know, Edison. The only obstacle to this project has been the MOT. Once it's signed, along with the Krooki, I don't see any meaningful govt involvement as regards moving forward. I think the slack price movement this year is all related to lack of conviction that this will be signed soon.

But once it's signed, investors have to be aware of the huge increase in book value. Remember, this book value will be seen on the company's consolidated Q2 filings that will be released on or before 8/15/14. And management will likely continue to issue 8ks in the interim to advise when certain transactions have occurred (see my earlier missives and/or annual reports on details behind the book value increases). So I would respectfully disagree on the your last few words. Of course, I don't know your definition of "...any time soon." For me, I would say within a month of the signing.
