Got it. Thanks. Although, in this case, not sure how they can profit at all (Omanis) if they don't sign the deal. Nothing can be built without the land being contributed to the project. And the legal ownership structure is set in place. They'd have to buy out LLC from Inc. to profit, and I doubt Inc. would allow that to occur. As long as we own 60% of LLC, that's our baby and Omanis can not move forward. Remember, WE have all the contacts, contracts, and agreements in place to build this project. They've got squat. If they want it built, they have to go with the plan. That's why I doubt your thesis ... although I have no doubt that you've experienced your stated frustrations in the past. But this looks too complicated for the Omani's to pull something like what you've experienced in the past.
