I think most of the optimistic comments were simply put out too soon, but we all naively thought this thing would be done soon based on management's comments. Clearly we, including management, have been wrong. Pigs may fly, peace in the middle east may occur, and the USA may win the World Cup ... all before the DA gets signed, but no one knows for sure. While I had been optimistic that this would be signed a few months ago, I obviously was wrong (and yes, HM, you were right ... feel better?). But I am optimistic that it will be signed, eventually. And once it gets signed, I am sticking by my earlier BOOK VALUE valuations. It will be interesting to see how the market values the BV and the company's future. Which, looks to be very profitable based on the data points provided in some of the past annual reports. But for now, the problem is and always has been the signing.
