Alton I coundn't agree with you more. Why waste all of the months and years on paperwork when they and we want to accomplish the same ending, unless they have another agenda.

I was informed a while back that the governing board people did not like what and who we were. When inform of that I sold the stock i owned. When a number of months went by i bought the stock back and now years later still waiting for the BIG day.
