On another note, I was recently corrected regarding SEC rules. It's 4 days to report, not 3 days. So much for my brilliant analysis.

Anyway, it's clear to me that mgmt would not wait to report this big news, so clearly it wasn't signed in August. So far, HM is correct. I have no idea what the hold up is, but remain hopeful for news in the near future. That's all I can say.

In the mean time, best to get on with life ...
