Holidays were over on Saturday .... Dubai market was down 7% + on Sunday thanks to the massive global market quake that began last Friday (see story).

Then you add in another 10% drop in crude oil prices Monday - Thursday ... and all bets were off for small caps - including Omagine.

Bad luck.

Things have temporarily stabilized but far too early to expect any serious look into small caps. Will need a couple of weeks of stability before middle east investors can breathe easier.
