mdb: I can assure you that knowing Mr. Frank, he is probably working his tail off to create stock movement. He's probably in Muscat or Dubai or London. I think that no news means.... no news. From previous disclosures it is obvious that we need to get publishable financing commitments to trigger cash infusements as well as land valuations and maybe some on-site work. I think it will all happen but I don't think it is easy. There is probably a lot of organizational work going on that doesn't rate immediate disclosure. But at least we don't need Omani permission to move forward at this point.
