I Believe Frank had said in his interview, that it would take a year in the planning stage, and then there would be ground breaking after that. I think new investors are waiting for us to get out of the celler before throwing in their money. Why wouldn't new investors want to get in on these prices because later on when these markek makers get forced out, if that happens, we will have an excellent run with only 16,000,000 shares outstanding.
