Alton, you'll be happy to know I am in NYC as I type, preparing for our PR meeting with the company tomorrow at head office.

We've had the basis of a plan in place for a while - but you can't just turn it on like a switch when you have an elusive start date (to say the least).

The deal is done. That was everything and the company delivered it. Things are starting to mobilize on all fronts ... and that is the great news. Everyone can finally get down to the work of moving ahead with certainty. 2015 is going to be a great ride for everybody, especially shareholders.

Sit back and enjoy the ride. I know I'm going to!
