10Ks are the required annual reports filed with our SEC (federal regulator)

10Qs are the required quarterly reports filed with our SEC

8Ks are filed with the SEC when something material has occurred. Omagine prefers to utilize these in lieu of press releases ... in most cases. Sometimes, like with the signing of the DA, a press release would also be issued.
