Actually, Bill, he's shifting 60% of $700+ million to us. It's "conservatively" estimated to be worth $750 plus million and our cost, as we sell the land (and only upon receipt of payment from buyers) is $65/square meter. That works out to a total of $65m in our cost. Of course, we all like to round up in such matters, so let's assume conservatively valued at $765m. Makes it a net gain of $700m of which 60% accrues to our net worth ... or $420m. Still, not a bad outcome, no?
