P;ease what is the status of the land transfer ?

Alton, I'm 72 years old. My time horizon and buy/sell approach are driven by this as well as several poor timing decisions I,ve made. I started buying stock @ a 11 years old with my 8th grade graduation money. I have several times found out I had been greedy with hindsight. The cost of that lesson far exceeded what I've paid for the academic degrees I've $$$$$

I'll bet you're at least twentyfive years younger than I. I wish you many prospers years ahead. Al Federici
