T-JEFF, since we were already informed the the apprasial has been completed and is sitting in a lock box(hopefully not the same one where our Social Security funds were allegedly being held to protect them from Congress) I would assume that once the Usufruct Agreement is signed, the land apprasial would/could accompany that news in the same 8-K.
