However, I believe that the signing and registration of the Usufruct Agreement, followed immediately (I hope) by the release of the already completed land valuation, will be the catalyst to get investors and banks, serious. Once these things occur,call me crazy, but I think the financing will be much more palatable to more than one bank when the three quarters of a Billion (with a "B") dollars hits the books of Omagine. Let me repeat------that's three quarters of a Billion dollars--and that ain't chopped liver, Bill.
