I am obviously not an expert, but will stick to my original statement on this issue. PIK on its own is not going to be a game changer. Some changes in share value will occur, but not significantly.

Owning the land and adding some nominal value to a company is one thing, but ability to create a solid financial proposition and develop it, is quite another.

With the DA, and potential $19mil investment Government clearly put his trust in Omagine, and in my view, CCC did not. That is my point.

I still think Milestones are

1. DA – already ticked off. UA is just a formality.

2. Start of Project Development (Initial Design Work and other activities)

3. Construction Process

That is the reason I think Management has to find the way to start with work as soon as possible.....
