yes.. it is a good deal for CCC. Deals only happen when both sides feel like winners. I think management agrees with you that fast track is the way to go. You are putting your finger on the biggest problem Omag has... how to make the chicken and egg problem work.. need the money to do the work, need some work to get the money. Not easy. I personnally think Frank, Sam, Charlie and company will pull it off. Don't really know how much leverage CCC has with the Oman government, but I do know that F, S and C are aware of all the levers and will pull every one they can.
