I did not realize the PIK was contingent on the registration date and not the financing date and CCC contract that the $19.8M from RCA is contingent on. I thought the PIK and cash came with the same triggers. Since the registration date should be the next milestone, hopefully that will catalyze the capital necessary to reach the financing date. I'm not a business man, but, I would imagine it'd be easier to sell equity at a favorable value or borrow money when you have 60% of 700M+ on the books. Right?
