Even selling part of the LLC at below book value has benefits for OMAG.

- It could trigger the deferred cash investments of $70 million.

- A new investor in the LLC adds even more credibility to The Omagine Project, and thus OMAG - especially if it's a well known investor or sovereign wealth fund.
