ALTON, great job in summarizing the excerpts from the 10-Q. Thank you! I read the entire 10-K and my head is spinning. Talk about having a multitude of "balls in the air". It will take me some time to digest all of the information in the report and I'll surmise that the reason for the 10-Q filing extension was due to either 1. The complexity and sheer volume of the material and/or 2. Management felt that they could garner a resolution on the accounting question relating to the Usufruct (land deal) before they "went to press"(my old printing background rearing its head).Either way I shall exonerate them for their tardiness! I shall also watch how the 1000+ shareholders and potential investors react to the report tomorrow AM. Sleep tight all. I know Frank and Charley will after composing this modern day version of War and Peace. Also a hearty thank you and "atta boys" (and girls if applicable) to all those responsible for the continuing (let's call it behind the scene) progress pertaining to feasibility, construction, finance, design, architecture, yada, yada, yada. That Financing issue is a "bugger". Please read for yourselves, Bill.
