I am not done reading but am almost certain my favorite part will be...

The most recently updated probable case scenario forecasts substantial net positive cash flows for Omagine LLC over the seven year period subsequent to the signing of the DA and a net present value (“NPV”) of the Omagine Project of approximately $1.4 billion dollars.
