Good point. However, in talking with Charlie over the years whenever the filings have been delayed, it's almost always (if not always) been because of Omag's reliance on 3rd party vendors to put the last technical pieces together for the actual filing. The SEC has very specific requirements regarding the actual formating of these things and it takes time to get the mechanics put together. So, to me, this latest delay is likely just part of the norm.
