Once in a blue moon, a Hail Mary pass will work, let's hope this is the case for us. It seems silly that for a 2.5 billion project that management can't raise 25 million, perhaps Frank should have gone on Sharktank maybe Cuban will have given them the 25 million. Stock has been in dump mode since before 10 k, I predicted this in my May 26 post if we had to go all the way to July for an update.
