RESPONSE: The Company that has taken the option on the property has advised that they intend to drill a number of wells on the property this fall. We have not seen any evidence the wells will be drilled.

Is it true to say if the other company don`t put any drilling program in place this fall, ONLY then PSH and other associates will have an option to the 37000 acres.
