Right now the PRB property is a black box that may or may not contatin a prize. NOT wants to buy the box for its potential based on what they know about the area. They still DO NOT know what is in the black box (and neither do we).

As soon as we drill we know what is in it and the value changes. It's value will vary from Moose pasture worth zip (if they drill multiple holes and don't anything) all the way up to billions if it turns out significantly better than NOT's DE1.

As long as no one drills there isn't a winner or loser and the negotiations can continue until the two sides do a deal where they think they have each won or bluffed the other guy.

Personally I'd mobilize the drill back on site and start drilling (It takes several days to get thing back and another 3r 4 days to drill their first hole). If NOT really wants the property they are forced to move fast before the drill reaches the anomaly area. If they don't and we hit they won't be able to buy in for anything short of fair market value plus a preminum. If we don't hit they will probably be able to pick use up for loose change.

Right now each side is trying to figure out what the other will settle for. There is up side and downside for both and it stays that way until the anomalies are tested.
