First of all Probe has just spiked in share price. I doubt that anyone will see 7 cents again.

IMHO David Palmer made a very wise move when he went into hibernation. There are many of us including myself who owe him an apology. We virtually ripped him apart last year when things tanked.

It turns out that Mr. Palmer has made a very good move. First of all Probe has a good mass of land which is proven to be fertile for minerals et al. Any doubts keep in mind that there are royalties involved here from the other play sometime down the road.

Probe will get any funding they require. On top of that, they still have money t spend on drilling from the last pp.

What did Probe get? A seat at the table and 50% of all that will be found. This jv could wind up being a catalyst to increase the sps of both plays. What happens if Probe hits??

Probe's sp is fast approaching FWRs and FWR has mega tonnage. Probe has fewer shares and a jv with NOT on good land.

So I wouldn't be so worried about what Probe gained or lost or for that matter How much NOT has gained. This is a win win situation.

Who cares which play got the better deal so long as they work together to improve resource share price and then the ultimate buy in or out after the monster bidding war by the Majors that are watching and drooling.

So one more time Mr. Palmer, sorry for the hits we tossed at you last fall. i will say to you right now : 'a job well done".
