I was fortunate/unfortunate to be on the golf course for most of the action yesterday or I probably wouldn't have been able to resist the urge to take some profit also. However the action right up to the close tells a story of more to come on Monday. At the very least we should get some response from the company regarding the runup.

There seems little doubt but that there is a buyout coming, and there is always a premium attached, so it is all blue sky for the moment. If it is not a buyout, but a gold hit elsewhere, and this action is because of it, that is probably even better.

We traded 4% of outstanding shares yesterday, and 6% in 4 days, which speaks for itself. The sellers are unimportant at this point, although they made good dollars. The important thing is the buyers. To move 6% of any company on rumor alone speaks of either something very big, or a big hole in the information disclosure system.

I have heard two different figures mentioned, from two different sources.

One is that a buyout offer of .80 is coming, and the other says they have 50mill in the kitty to take us out. Maybe the .80 is for the chrome only, and the 50mill is for it all, but I will be pleased with anything in between, either way.
