Great post Mark. I fully agree. We need ,as a collective group, to get this message squarely to Dave ( and the BOD). It is no longer good enough" for me or perhaps others here ,to just chat with Karen.

This is no negative reflection on Karen ,as I think she is doing a hell of a good job in her position.

IMO,it is time for Dave to step up to the podium and respond to our concerns/observations,etc.
