Mark, I hope you would not mind me jumping the gun by sending the message below to SH folks. You may have some SH customers as well, but the more the merrier!

SH folks
Just in case LTGoldBull2 (Mark) of Agora hasn't got the time yet to alert the SH side about an initiation to have a share count of retail shareholders who want to the "circle the wagon", just in case there is a hostile TO heading our way, I took it upon myself to forward Mark's message to the AGO folks (below) for your info and action. The idea is to see if we could form a block of 10% plus one (just to be sure) votes to prevent a compulsary tendering. This is similar to what we have done for KWG and we have a block of more than 10% of OS.
I have posted the latest KWG share count (1 April 2012) has been posted on both AGO and SH boards. If you want to participate then send to LTGoldBull2's private mailbox a message with your declaration of your holdings. If you don't have access to Mark's mail box you can ask one of your fellow posters who has access. Make sure that you identify your "screen name" so Mark can keep track of the information, but he is not planning to publish the list with names like in the KWG case. In fact, if you want to let it known publicly we can post a message on the BB for everyone to see. It's under your screen name anyway, so your true id would not be revealed to the world. However, it's your choice.
My crystal ball says after TRR, PRB is ripe for the picking. So, it would not hurt to get ourselves prepared. Information on management and major shareholders blocks of shares are also relevant. It's quite possible for us to get 10%, but 34% by ourselves would be difficult, unless we have the support of management and some significant contributions from other friendly entities..
Let's do something about this TO fear. I believe PRB management would appreciate this effort. Anyone knows the size of their block of votes?

We are seeking to identify how much Retail Online support, we might have as a possible Voting Block here through Agoracom.
All Shareholders who frequent this Online Forum, whether you have > than 100K shares or < than this amount, even 1,000 will be included in this count and presented as a Total Number Shares by XX number Investors. (not by name or screen name)
Cheers, Mark
