According to Bob Chapman of the International Forecaster, there is more uncontrolled naked short selling in the US and England than in Canada. If the shares ever trade on a US exchange then that means they will probably be traded, also, on the Pink sheets and that spells general TROUBLE for shareholders - subject to more potential price suppression.
I have an interest in a company that once traded on the PSE in San Francisco. Shortly before the Exchange floor closed the shares were 40 to 50 cents each. Some months following the shares traded at $0.0001 on the Pink Sheets, significantly below asset value. When I tried to buy more shares with about a $0.04 top they gave me nothing and it still continued to have some trades at $0.0001. Companies don't list on the Pink Sheets, the members just request them to be traded there and that's it.
