Interesting reading. His observation seems to be balanced enough, until near the end of page 3 ...he dropped in the line "that a well-known(?) Scotiabank analyst has come to similar conclusion as your humble scribe", (question mark (?) is mine).

without mentioning the fact that there are other 10 analysts with completely different view than that of the Scotiabank analyst (i.e. Scotiabank analyst is the only one with a negative recommendation). Perhaps this analyst is well-known by now, due to his recommendation which was based on incomplete information, but he's a relatively new comer in the analysis community and appeared for the first time on the Probe scene. Could not find his name on the list of 33 experts on "theaureport".
