Agree 100% that patience will be rewarded.  A quote below from my Dad who owns a sizable stake in PRB and has spoken regularly with Dave over the past several years.

"The Probe Metals Dave Palmer and the Probe team have created since 2015 is a far  better company now than the Probe Mines that sold for CAD $526 million, and continues to get stronger by the measures that make me comfortable about what they will keep delivering."
