Hey Captain.  Nice to have you post again.  Could I please ask a question.  If I read your post correctly, you put PRB value at approx 1.1B?  Is that what you are thinking PRB would bring if/when they get an offer?  I was thinking less, but like your figures better.  

Also, are you thinking that PRB is currently a b o candidate as some on SH are suggesting in light of the ELD share purchase?  Or, are you more in line with Neophyte Sen timeline of 18-24 months?
