This should not suprise anyone. As coach247 pointed out in his trip report:

Of course KXL would be stripping and trenching at SGX border... the same GM mag signatures go to SGX border (and beyond). If you were KXL wouldn't you want to extend strike length of Golden Mile to some 6.4km? Maybe they used SGX road? Remember longbomb pointing out "Goldm 2" was in fact on KXL property... we hypothisized then that KXL was going to do this. Not trying to pump, just want to remind people of some very important pieces of information and some fabulous maps (thanks entirely to longbomb).
