ok I posted the last post before I read yours red ... still don't get it.

3.75 million raised (if fully subscribed) = 30 million shares.

with half warrants you get 15 million full warrants @ $.20 each gets the company $3 million.

Total money raised would be 6.75 million.

What am I missing??
