You are not missing anything LOL. The latest PP would raise $6.75 million on a fully-diluted basis. The $9.5 million figure I came up with also includes previously issued warrants still outstanding as per latest financials in addition to latest PP and warrants. As you can see from list in my previous post there are a significant dollars to be raised if share price gets in 25-cent range.
