In the absense of using a micro scope on your post, LOL, I agree with you. I think that when I posted that post, that it did not tell the complete story by a long shot but hopefully both of our posts will motivate others to join in what chat rooms do best. If the experts can't give us a clear picture of what to do [or undo] about a world wide debacle that has not yet [IMO] fully reached maturity by a long shot, then how can we ever hope to "nail it down".

Thanks for a more detailed account of some of what the heck is going on.
