IF i was managing a resource company i would rather find something of vaue with the properties i presently have. This would allow the company to have a proven value and money to expand. I would not be looking to acquire more land which would cost more time, money, resources. All those three things put a strain on what you have UNLESS you have nothing or you are assembling properties for someone else or to look good for someone else. Do not understand what is going on and nothing makes sense to me. Like i have said before, i do not understand this business.
