I agree Mark, companies that have large portfolios of properties (prospect generators) never do all the work themselves. They almost always option properties off or JV and always keep a carrying interest.
A sgx-KXL merger would do noone any good except make a large money pit and a medium sized money pit a gigantic money pit. What good is that?
The only way SGX and KXL will ever combine is if there is a major player involved and it's way WAY too early for that. Another possible reason for merging would be if the GM and the GE are contiguos and prove to be a large mining camp ... but then we're back to the major player involvement
