Simple as that... lots of talk re: consolidation of BG gold camp... no action... merge with or JV properties to a company who has money and expertise to continue exploration... PG?... KXL?... Goldstone?... all of these companies have money and about 1/3 of the shares out compared to SGX... I would gladly tender my SGX shares in exchange for either of these companies right about now. Issuing more shares at 5 cents is not an option IMO.
